Has anyone else been getting 404 server errors? The server that holds all our pots has been going down - a lot. For days at a time.  at least fir me and a few others I know. I noticed that it went down today after a period of time where it would not post new pots to the server. Next time I went in to check on my pot - it apparently crashed again.

I'm also having the 404 error-it's probably systemic. Hope they fix soon!

We really work hard to improve, however, our resources are limited portal, we are working on many projects now so some work may take more time than we think.....

I saw people fewcdayscagonwhen therevwere in the top 10 they had only 3 PR 4 pots ugly. Intentionally ugly. Just grays and misshappen. They had about 500 votes each, but only3 pots. It is notb spammer? Excuse me! Be careful and do something, we play lovevto, but it becomes miserable and mean.

There is a problem with the ,ipad 2 brushes and colors. The colors I can figure out, but the some of the brushes come out wrong and can not be fixed. I refer to letter 23, currently. I followed the instructions you posted exactly, 5 stars for shape, no stars for the brushes. In fact only about 1/2 the pot has lines on it even though if I tried to make it shorter I loss my 5th star for shape. It does not appear I can post a picture here of what it looks like but will gladly send one to any email address you want me to.

Have not been able to access the website potterygame.com for the past two days. It just hangs. Also unable to post any pots using the share function. Anyone else?

I've been having problems accessing potterygame.com for the past couple days. Sometimes I'm able to access it and post pots for a short period (an hour at the most) before the site goes down again. I know the developers probably have a lot going on, I just hope it gets fixed soon.

This is my second post.
The first post was ignored blatantly and was never posted. This is really pissing me off.
I have at least created and shared 100+ pots and only 4 got posted. It Sucks and really bad.
Do I get a response ??

A few months ago, when iDreams finally invested in new servers for its extremely unstable LCP portal, it suddenly became a pleasure to navigate the site, which is as it should be. Prior to that, it was mostly frustratng, week after week, month after month, trying to access the portal.
Unfortunately, after a couple of months of a very stable portal, serious server issues have returned. It is again becoming common to experience the frustration of being unable to access the portal due to unresponsive servers. My memory of the many months of frustration before the new servers were added is still fresh so I am very concerned about any delays in resolving the cause of the problem.
PLEASE, do not allow the problems with gaining access to the portal to go unresolved for any length of time. Do what needs to be done to fix this problem now.
Thanks in advance for your attention to this matter.
P.S. It is always better to know what to expect when the news is bad. I would appreciate it if you would keep us all abreast of any ongoing issues with the portal with an estimate of when you expect the problem to be resolved. Maybe you're updating your servers, which will take a few days? Or perhaps your testing changes to the site, which might be completed in a week? Whatever the case may be, please do not keep us in the dark but rather keep us in the loop. Thanks.

I've sent an email..... Haven't heard back yet, though I think I may have sent it from an address that is not on my app account... I haven't been able to upload from the portal for three or for days now. Please take a look, my gallery is full on my phone! Lol thanks!!!

Hi I cant recently log in into the portal, I press login with Facebook and then it loads and come back to main page but not signed in. Keeps doing that and can't view my profile anymore nor write and rate on new pots.

Hello, During last few days there was a problem with the login to Facebook. It has been resolved so the login process should work perfectly well right now.

I can't purchase premium brushes from my app menu.. I think both of my credit card and debit card are not supported not supported... when I am trying to buy items it shows an error message.. i can't proceed beyond the details menu of purchasing. My device is samsung galaxy tab 2 p3100 .. os is android 4.1.2

The app appears to be broken in iOS8 (iPad). The app force closes every time after completing a piece of pottery...when clicking to go from the preview of the completed piece to the auction/send screen.
Please help.

I purchased the Mexican set, but it's not showing up in the store, and when I try to re-purchase it in the premium store, it says I've already bought it. It's frustrating me because I might need a brush from that set to complete the daily challenge, since I can't find it in any of the other brushes.

The purchased premium brushes and colors can be easily restored. Please make sure that you are using the same account on your new device, launch the game, tap on setting (upper right icon) and tap on restore - everything should be restored within seconds.
Please remember if you proceed with the restore process successfully, your new content will become available in the virtual store of the application and you will be able to unlock new items with the use of virtual coins.
