Why there is no about this game? I know that Infinite Dreams is developer of this game, isn't it? What's reason why there is no info about Creatures of the Deep and will it (info) avaliable in the future? Thanks.

Hello,
This is the game that will be published by Nokia so it's up to them to publish any informations about it.
All I can say is that we are working very hard on it and I believe you will all like it.

It's now been renamed "Hooked On: Creatures Of The Deep", I think "Hooked On" will be the general franchise name if there are any sequels.
The game will be available on Next Gen N-Gage compatible phones, which Nokia has just announced, along with the list of launch games, and the pricing. The games will be sold as downloads and cost between 6 and 10 euros each, or you can rent them for a week for a lower price. There are also free demo downloads for all the games.
Next Gen N-Gage launches in November 2007.
You can see a list of compatible phones here (Nokia say they will add new models to this list all the time):

And you can see a list of the launch games for Next Gen N-Gage here:

The page for Hooked On COTD is here:

I think COTD is the best-looking game on Next Gen N-Gage, and definitely the best-looking game that Infinite Dreams has ever made. It's also pretty addictive, according to people who had a go on the game at Nokia's recent launch party in London.

Thanks Krisse!
Those informations are publicly available and this is all we can say at the moment. The game will be available with the launch of N-Gage platform so I guess you will all have a chance to check it out in a couple of months...

For those who don't know the software industry, Infinite Dreams and all their employees are probably under an extremely strict Non Disclosure Agreement with Nokia so they have to be really really careful what they say about COTD.
I'm not though, so I can say what I like!
Yes, all of the above is definitely public knowledge, in fact Nokia have now updated their own official N-Gage site with details of the game (and video and lots more screenshots):

Just found out something that's VERY cool about Hooked On COTD: you cast the fishing line by actually moving the phone!
It works with a phone's camera apparently, it can detect movement so if you move the phone the camera can tell how you're moving it.

As far as I know they've finished it, the complete game was playable at the N-Gage press launch at the end of August. Quote: Because i knew n.gage service were supposed to start in november and now the date has been posted..
The delay was due to problems with Nokia's N-Gage online software, not the games.
The offline parts of the games have already been playable at press previews, but the online features haven't, maybe because Nokia was still working on the software to connect different N-Gage phones together.
Nokia has said the delay is a few weeks (from November to December), while they get these last minute software problems sorted out.

Sure... but the tapes are almost "unique" these days, and there are some of these vinyls for sale for a long time... well, whatever. None of you guys from this forum have it?
